GOD'S WORD DECLARED OVER YOUR LIFE & LEGACY

God's amazing love and faithful promises to us have been my inspiration for the book and the artwork.  He is The Creator and I believe that one of our purposes is to worship Him through our gifts, talents, and treasures. 

One way we can do this is to display the beauty of His love through the creative gifts that He has given to us and that we have developed in Him.  

I enjoy expressing my gratitude to the Lord's loving-kindness through the "Declaration Art" we have created together.  

For example, the piece above is Titled "Decree of Love" and it is based on 

1st  Corinthians Chapter 13.

An artistic expression is an act of worship for me and it brings me closer to God while filling me up with the delight of His presence. 

I use many different artistic mediums, such as coffee, tea, ink, and dye to stain the canvas. I also use software and a variety of pens and inks to create fonts and then digitalize them for printing.  I also enhance existing fonts to display the decrees I  have published on canvas over the years.

I use computer elements such as transparency tools to create specific effects.  I have used acrylics, watercolors, crushed fruit, metallic elements, gold leaf, colored pencils, gel pens, chalk, and pastels on the canvas. It is fun to try different things to add texture and color to my art.

I believe that working in a single medium is restrictive to my artistic process. I hope that each idea manifests in its style and speaks to the open invitation I offer Holy Spirit to lead and guide me in all my work.
